Asanas (postures) are gently taught and modified as needed. Everyone should feel comfortable, whether just beginning or an experienced student. Regular classes run 8 to 10 weeks.

Space at the Enderby location is limited to 12 people and fills up quickly; payment for the session is made at the first class to hold your spot. Missed classes can be made up, when space is available.
Suitable for those for whom lying or sitting on the floor is challenging or uncomfortable. Ideal for seniors with limited range of motion. Classes usually run 8 weeks. No yoga mat required. Please bring a small blanket for back support.
